Custom built quarter barrel built from a used red wine barrel. These quarter barrels include the barrel head, head hoop, quarter hoop, and stave segments cut to your specification. We tack each stave to each hoop using a 1/2" screw to ensure durability and longevity.

Cooperage Markings

Offered in two styles - plain or with cooperage markings. Cooperage marks vary based on current inventory. Common cooperages include World Cooperage, Seguin Moreau, Sylvain.

Quarter Barrel Height

Your choice of stave segment length (quarter barrel height): 4in, 6in, 8in, 10in, 12in. 6in is usually cut just below the second hoop. Please note that all height measurements are ± 1".
